您須對所有透過您的帳戶進行之活動承擔全部責任。
請妥善保管您的帳戶資料及密碼。如因使用者疏忽或未妥善保管而導致任何損失，本公司概不負責。
如發現帳戶遭未經授權使用，請立即通知本公司。
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You must keep your login credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from negligence.
If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. 訂單及產品供應
4. Orders & Product Supply
所有訂單一經確認，即代表交易成立，恕不接受取消、修改或退款，除非另有明確說明。
缺貨及替換安排
如您所選之指定款式於出貨時因庫存不足、供應限制、停產或其他不可控因素而未能提供，本公司保留在毋須另行通知的情況下，以相同或相近系列之隨機款式替換該產品之權利，以完成訂單及安排出貨。
所有相關替換安排將視為已妥善履行原訂單之交付責任。
隨機口味及包裝說明
所有隨機替換之產品將為相同口味或同一產品系列，本公司恕不提供混配不同口味或跨系列產品之安排。
例如：雪花酥 2 件裝將為相同口味。
所有產品圖片僅供參考，實際產品在顏色、包裝或細節上可能略有差異。
食品及飲品屬消耗性產品，除非產品有瑕疵或錯誤配送，否則不設退換。
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless expressly stated otherwise.
If the selected item is unavailable at the time of shipment due to inventory shortage, supply constraints, discontinuation, or other factors beyond our control, the Company reserves the right to replace the item with a random product from the same or similar series without prior notice.
Such replacement shall be deemed as full and proper fulfillment of the original order.
All randomly selected replacement items will be of the same flavour or within the same product series. Mixed flavours or cross-series combinations will not be provided.
For example, a 2-piece Snowflake Crisp set will consist of the same flavour.
Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary.
Food and beverage items are consumable and non-returnable unless defective or wrongly delivered.

所有產品均依香港法例標示成分及營養資料。
產品可能含有致敏成分（包括但不限於乳製品、堅果、麩質、大豆等），購買前請仔細閱讀產品標籤。
因個人過敏或飲食限制而引起之任何不良反應，本公司概不承擔責任。
All products are labeled with ingredients and nutrition facts in compliance with Hong Kong laws.
Products may contain allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. Please review labels carefully.
We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by allergies or dietary restrictions.
6. 印刷及檔案上傳
6. Printing & File Upload
所有印刷品均以本公司色彩管理標準為準。
請使用 CMYK 色彩模式。RGB、PANTONE 或其他模式可能導致色差，本公司不承擔責任。
同款同時間印刷色差 ±10%，不同時間批次 ±10–15% 屬正常範圍。
向量檔案（AI、CDR、EPS、PDF）為最佳格式；點陣圖（PSD、JPG、TIF、PNG）可能影響清晰度。
若稿件含 QR code 或條碼，本公司不保證能正常讀取。
檔案一般保留 1–3 個月，逾期自動刪除。
卡片裁切 ±1–2mm、貼紙張貼偏差 ±10–15% 屬正常範圍。
All printing follows our company’s color management standards.
Files must be in CMYK mode. RGB, PANTONE, or other modes may cause color discrepancies for which we are not responsible.
Color variation within ±10% (same batch) or ±10–15% (different batches) is considered normal.
Vector files (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF) are preferred; raster files (PSD, JPG, TIF, PNG) may affect clarity.
QR codes or barcodes are not guaranteed to be scannable.
Files are stored for 1–3 months only and will be deleted automatically thereafter.
Cutting tolerance ±1–2mm and sticker application variance ±10–15% are normal.
7. 付款
7. Payment
所有價格均以港幣（HKD）計算。
您下單時即授權本公司透過第三方支付平台收取相關金額。
訂單僅於完成付款後方會進入處理程序。
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the stated amount via third-party payment platforms.
Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
8. 送貨
8. Delivery
目前僅送貨至香港指定地區（不包括偏遠地區、離島或無電梯大廈）。
訂單將由本公司或物流夥伴配送，貨品於交付至指定地址時，風險即轉移至客戶。
如未能於指定時間收貨，可能需支付額外費用或重新安排。
送貨日期僅供參考，如有延誤，本公司不承擔責任。
We deliver only to designated areas in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas, outlying islands, or buildings without elevators).
Orders are delivered by us or logistics partners, and risk transfers to the customer once delivered to the designated address.
Failure to receive goods at the scheduled time may incur extra charges.
Delivery dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays.
9. 退換貨政策
9. Return & Exchange Policy
食品及飲品不設退換，除非產品有瑕疵或錯誤配送。
印刷品屬客製化產品，除非有瑕疵或嚴重錯誤，否則不設退換或退款。
客戶須於 7 日內 提出退換要求，並提供照片證明。
貨品須保持未經使用，並附完整包裝、配件及收據。
Food and beverage items are non-returnable unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Printed products are custom-made and non-returnable unless defective or materially incorrect.
Customers must request returns within 7 days and provide photo evidence.
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition with packaging, accessories, and receipt.
10. 免責聲明

本公司不保證網站或服務完全不受干擾或無誤。
因不可抗力（包括但不限於天災、疫情、罷工、交通延誤等）所造成之延誤或取消，本公司不承擔責任。
在法律允許範圍內，本公司不對任何間接、附帶或後果性損失承擔責任。
We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

如有任何爭議，雙方同意以香港法院作最終及專屬裁決地。

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
