Order Delivery Process

  1. Order Processing

    • SAGE TEA aims to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it.
    • Actual delivery times may vary depending on the order volume and delivery address.
  2. Packaging Completion Notification

    • Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. 📦
  3. Specified Delivery Date

    • If you have a specified delivery date, we will hand over the package to the courier company at least 2 days in advance to arrange for delivery.
  4. Tracking Your Order

    • You can use the tracking number to track your order on the SAGE TEA website or the logistics company’s website on the same day.
  5. Inquiries and Modifications

    • For any inquiries or modifications regarding the delivery arrangements, please contact the relevant logistics company’s customer service.
  6. Important Notes

    • Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate to facilitate smooth delivery by SAGE TEA.
    • If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the SAGE TEA customer service team promptly for assistance.

We offer three delivery options:

1. Basic delivery:

  • For orders that do not meet the conditions for free shipping, the basic shipping fee is HK$40 or SF Express collect shipping.

2. Standard delivery:

  • For orders of HK$350 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service.
  • Free shipping service is only available from Monday to Saturday. You can specify the date on the remarks (non-urgent orders). Please contact customer service via email after ordering:  hello@bysage.co to confirm the delivery date , or by replying to the Whatsapp text message confirming the order details.
  • The daily order cut-off time is before 11:30am. If you successfully complete your order before the order cut-off time, you can enjoy the fastest delivery service the next day (excluding any products that require customization).

3. Premium Shipping:

  • For a single order amount of HK$1,800 or above, you can enjoy one-time free delivery service to a single address on a designated date and within an hour.
  • If you use coupons, cash vouchers, points redemption or adjust the order amount due to shortage, resulting in the final checkout amount being less than HK$1800, you will need to pay additional Premium delivery service fees.
  • Please complete your order before the daily order cut-off time of 11:30am, and you can choose a delivery date within 180 days from now (excludingSundays and public holidays).Please remark the details on the remarks.
  • If you need to change the delivery date or choose next day delivery after the order cutoff time of 11:30am, delivery will be arranged at the Premium designated time and additional shipping charges will be charged.

Terms and conditions applicable to all delivery methods:

  • Our company only accepts delivery services within Hong Kong (except outlying islands and some remote areas, please refer to "Definition of Remote Areas" for details).
  • All deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If the delivery address is an unconventional address such as a hotel or barbecue venue, or the delivery building does not have an elevator, you need to go to the lobby to deliver the goods, or make an appointment with the delivery person at a nearby location for delivery.
  • If the customer fails to receive the goods and agrees or asks the deliveryman to place the goods outside the door or in the lobby, please take them back as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for any resulting temperature problems of the goods.
  • All delivery time slots you select are for reference only. The actual delivery time on the delivery day will be affected by unpredictable factors such as road conditions, traffic, and weather. The company will try its best to coordinate with the transportation company to match the time period selected by the customer. However, customers are not allowed to make unreasonable requests such as refusing to receive the goods, requesting another batch of goods to be delivered, or requesting a refund due to the delay in the delivery time of the transportation company.
  • If the delivery fails or the goods are returned to the company due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer, the customer is not at the delivery address, or other customer factors, costs will be incurred (including original price shipping costs, arranging secondary delivery freight, logistics Company fines, etc.) must be paid by the customer.

Adverse weather arrangements:

When the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following weather signals or the government issues "extreme conditions" due to weather conditions, all delivery services will be affected:

  • If there is bad weather during the delivery period, the delivery service may be suspended.

Force majeure factors:

If the Company is unable to provide accurate information due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, customs seizures, computer viruses, network failures, etc.) or any circumstances beyond the Company's control In order to provide the services you need, our company will not assume any responsibility to the users or any third party.
