bysage.co offers flexible and reliable delivery options to suit both everyday orders and important occasions.

• Delivered by our in-house logistics team or SF Express
• Delivery method will be arranged based on your selected delivery date (courier cannot be specified)
• Free delivery within Hong Kong for orders of HK$300 or more
• Delivery date selectable: Monday to Saturday, 11:00–19:00
• Orders may arrive on the selected date or 1–2 working days earlier
• Driver will call 15–30 minutes before arrival

Time-slot selection is not available for this option. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the selected date.

Standard Hong Kong shipping: free for orders of HK$300 or more; HK$68 for orders below HK$300, across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. For Macau, contact our dedicated customer service team for a separate quotation and confirmation.

In-stock items can be dispatched as soon as 1 working day; this is not a promise of delivery within 1 day. The order cut-off is 10:30am Hong Kong time. Orders placed at 10:30am or later are treated as next-working-day orders. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Pre-orders and customised items follow the dispatch dates, artwork approvals and production lead times stated on the product page.

Mini Tea Gift Box — Personalised Wedding Favours

Bring a personal touch to your wedding table with a small, foil-finished tea gift box. Choose from tea, cookies and sweet treats, then personalise the presentation with names, a logo or a message.

Design and ordering

  • Foil-finished paper gift box.
  • Existing designs: order from 1 gift.
  • Custom foil-stamped names, logos or messages: minimum order 60 gifts; allow approximately 4–5 weeks.
  • For urgent orders, contact customer service to check availability and additional charges.

Handcrafted tea cookies

  • Japanese Hojicha: roasted Kakegawa tea from Shizuoka with fragrant cultured butter.
  • Osmanthus Oolong: Taiwanese oolong and Nanzhuang osmanthus for a gently floral flavour.
  • Earl Grey: black tea and bergamot with rich Japanese butter.
  • Each cookie is approximately 11 g and individually wrapped.

Taiwanese tea selection

  • Rose Oolong: a fragrant floral cup.
  • White Peach Oolong: fresh, sweet peach aroma.
  • Osmanthus Oolong: gentle floral fragrance and a mellow finish.
  • Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong: delicate milky and floral notes.
  • Ginseng Oolong: distinctive ginseng aroma and lingering sweetness.
  • High Mountain Oolong: a rounded, refreshing tea.
  • Japanese tea bags made from 100% biodegradable material.

Instant tea bricks and sweets

  • Tea brick flavours include ginger, snow pear, roselle, osmanthus and rose.
  • To prepare a tea brick, add 250–350 ml of hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Fruit nougat and snowflake crisps are supplied in randomly selected flavours.
  • Choose the contents and quantity shown in the product options.

Packaging dimensions

  • Mini tea box: 9 × 9 cm.
  • Personalised card: 6 × 6 cm.

Allergen information

  • Contains dairy, eggs, nuts and cereals containing gluten. Suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians.
