Our website provides a convenient shopping experience via the Internet (including through applications or software) and offers online shopping and print information 24 hours a day (the "Service").

Please accept and confirm this Disclaimer before using the services provided by this website. Otherwise, please stop registering as a website member and stop using the services of this website.

2.1 By registering, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the capacity to form a legally binding contract.
2.2 By registering on the Website, you agree that:

Account, Password and Security
3.1 After successful registration, you will be legally responsible for all actions, activities and messages of your user account.
3.2 Please keep your account and password safe and ensure that the information you submit during registration is not disclosed to others. If the loss is not caused by the leakage of account information on this website, you will bear all responsibility.
3.3 If a user finds that his/her information has been stolen or misused, or that illegal activities have been carried out or the security of the website has been endangered, he/she must immediately notify the website and request that the service be suspended. This website assumes no responsibility for your losses.
Order
4.1 No cancellation or refund will be accepted after all orders are placed.
4.2 All customers must collect all goods at one time. The Company does not provide batch or segment withdrawal services.
4.3 All orders involving the Company's delivery service will not be subject to cancellation once confirmed and made.
4.4 Please confirm that the uploaded file content, text, color and size are correct before printing. Please note that colors may appear different on different computer monitors.
4.5 The Company only assists in production and printing. If the printed content or images involve intellectual property rights, copyrights or illegal activities, you will bear all related legal responsibilities.
4.6 The Company is unable to check all files one by one. Please be sure to double-check that the archive meets the printing requirements. If there are any defective products or color differences, you must bear all responsibilities.
4.7 The prices indicated on this website are for combined printing. Special printing requires a separate quotation.
4.8 Once printed, the file cannot be modified, so please check it carefully.
4.9 Confirming the printing via email or WhatsApp is equivalent to confirming the content of the file and authorizing the Company to print.
4.10 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content of the email confirmation shall prevail.
5.1 All printed materials shall be subject to the Company’s color management standards. Do not rely on the screen or printed paper.
5.2 Please use "CMYK" color mode. The CMYK color spectrum is the standard for printing colors. Do not print colors based on the color of the screen or printout.
5.3 The color difference of the same item at the same time is within 10%, and the color difference at different times is within 10-15%, which is normal. For example: if it is RGB, PANTONE or other color spectrum mode, our store is not responsible for the color difference or color deviation of the printing quality.
5.4 All manuscripts you submit will be printed in four colors (CMYK). If the manuscript is in spot color or RGB color, the manuscript will be automatically converted to four-color (CMYK) without further notice. Any color difference caused will be based on the color printed by our company. Our company is not responsible for any color difference disputes.
5.5 The file format should preferably be a vector format, such as AI, CDR, EPS and PDF. If it is a bitmap format, such as PSD, JPG, TIF, PNG, etc., the printed image and text will be unclear.
5.6 If the files submitted by the customer are different from the customer's production requirements, resulting in the final product not meeting the customer's requirements, the company will not be responsible. This may include inconsistent sizes within the file, insufficient bleed, color, crop size, insufficient image resolution, missing fonts or content borders, etc.
5.7 If a QR code or barcode is printed on the manuscript, the Company cannot guarantee that the data in the barcode can be read normally.
5.8 The Company will only retain the files submitted by the customer when placing an order for a maximum of 3 months.
5.9 It takes 14 working days to print each design.
5.9.1 For orders of less than 100 customized prints, we will provide a free rendering design and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, HK$100 will be charged each time.
5.9.2 For orders of more than 500 customized prints, we will provide two renderings free of charge and complete the production within 1-2 working days. If additional renderings are required, HK$100 will be charged each time.
5.9.3 All order confirmations, verifications and any changes will be sent to the Customer’s registered email address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is accurate and up to date. The content of the email confirmation shall prevail.
5.10 The Client is responsible for all typographical errors in printed materials. All layout and printing details (including but not limited to size, layout, printing method, materials, etc.) are subject to the customer's email confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the content of the email is accurate.
5.11 There may be a 1-2mm deviation in card cutting, which is normal.
5.12 The colors may differ by 10%-15% from the computer monitor. This is inevitable in the printing process and is a normal phenomenon.
5.13 All printed materials are non-refundable.
5.14 Posting Standards
5.14.1 Color Management
All sticker printing is carried out in accordance with the company's color management standards. Customers are not allowed to use screen displays or print samples as color references.
5.14.2 Color Mode
All designs must use the "CMYK" color mode. The Company is not responsible for color deviations caused by using other modes (such as RGB or PANTONE).
5.14.3 Color difference
- The color difference may be 10-15%, which is within the normal range.
- When the machine applies the sticker, there may be a 10-15% deviation, customers need to understand that this is unavoidable.
5.15 File Requirements
5.15.1 Vector Format
The file format must be vector format (such as AI, CDR, EPS, PDF). If a bitmap format (such as PSD, JPG, TIF, PNG) is used, the printing quality may be affected, resulting in the company not being responsible.
5.15.2 Exemption of liability
The Company will not be held responsible if the files submitted by the customer do not meet the production requirements of the Company, resulting in the final product not meeting expectations, including but not limited to inconsistent file sizes, insufficient bleed, color, cutting size and other issues.
5.15.3 QR code or barcode
If a QR code or barcode is printed on the sticker, the company does not guarantee that the data can be read normally and the relevant responsibility shall be borne by the customer.
5.16 Order Processing
5.16.1 Archives
The Company will retain the files submitted by customers when placing an order for a maximum of 1 month. After the expiration of the period, the files will be automatically deleted and customers may not request to restore them.
5.16.2 Production time
Sticker printing generally takes 2 to 3 weeks. If a rush order is required, a rush order fee will be incurred. If any modification is requested, the printing time and cost will be recalculated and borne by the customer.
5.16.3 Rendering Design
The renderings are electronic files. If pattern making is required, a separate quotation is required and it is not included in the basic service.
5.16.4 Order Confirmation
All order confirmations, verifications and changes will be sent to the customer's registered email address. Customers are required to ensure the accuracy of their email addresses and update them in a timely manner, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any consequences.
5.17 Disclaimer
5.17.1 Typographical Errors
The customer is responsible for any typographical errors in the stickers and all details are subject to the customer's email confirmation. If the error is caused by the customer, all consequences shall be borne by the customer.
Payment
6.1 When you place an order, you agree to purchase those goods at the prices stated on the Website. If there is an error with your order due to a system problem, please contact us immediately and we will correct it for you immediately.
6.2 We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation email will provide:

Once you have received the email, your order has been accepted and you can check the status of your order on the website.
6.3 If the price of a Product at the time we intend to accept your order is higher than the price at the time you placed your order, we will either cancel your order or contact you to ask whether you are interested in paying the higher price.
6.4 If you have already paid for an order that we cancel, we will refund the money to you. You agree and accept that we are not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.
6.5 When you place an order, you authorise us to charge you for the amount of your order. Printing will not begin until payment is received.
6.6 Online transactions are controlled by third-party payment services. When you place an order, you agree and accept that credit card information will be collected, processed and retained by us and our payment service provider in accordance with their terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred or incurred when making credit card transactions and we will not be responsible for any related losses under any circumstances.
7. Delivery
7.1 We only deliver to certain areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday, except on the first and second days of the Lunar New Year and when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. We currently do not deliver to remote areas, outlying islands, or buildings without elevators. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect the ordered goods from our logistics center and we will not accept cancellation of orders or refund to you under any circumstances.
7.2 The ordered goods will be delivered to the address you provide by our staff or third party suppliers. When confirming delivery, you agree to produce photo identification for verification purposes upon request.
7.3 When the goods are delivered to the address you provide, the goods are deemed to have been delivered to you and received by you. If you are unable to receive the goods at the agreed time for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge additional fees or cancel your order.
7.4 You may select any available delivery time slot when placing your order, subject to our prior online arrangements.
7.5 As printed materials are dispatched directly from the factory, we may deliver the goods in one or more deliveries. Any times and dates given for the dispatch of items, or the time required for delivery, are estimates only. If we are unable to meet an estimated dispatch or delivery date or time, we will notify you separately. You agree and accept that we have the right not to cancel your order or refund you under any circumstances.
7.6 Each delivery charge will be calculated based on the weight of each item and all items will be subject to the delivery charge.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 The printed materials on this website are printed in a combined edition. Unless it is a special edition printing, our company will not return, refund or reprint due to color difference. Special edition printing will be indicated on the quotation and will require additional printing charges. Unless otherwise stated, all pages are printed in a combined edition.
8.2 The printing paper used on this website may vary slightly in thickness, texture and color due to the processing of each batch of paper. This is normal and the Company will not return, refund or reprint due to this problem.
8.3 You understand that there will be a color difference of plus or minus 10-15% in combined printing. If the color of the printed product does not exceed the above standards, you may not request a return or reprint. It is normal for some printed products to have color differences. Due to insufficient printing quantity, it is normal for the density of the first 100 sheets to vary. If you mind the color difference, please request special edition printing.
8.4 There are restrictions on the density of printing colors. The total value of all printing files (CMYK) must not exceed 200%, otherwise back printing will occur. The Company is not responsible for reprinting or compensation. If the file is not modified, this website recommends choosing paper with glue to avoid back printing.
8.5 You understand and acknowledge that all printed materials are subject to wear and tear. If printing loss is between 5-10%, this cannot be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.6 If the printing size is smaller than A4 size or the quantity is less than 500 sheets, the loss for each processing will be doubled. Insufficient quantity due to reasonable loss shall not be used as a reason for deduction or return.
8.7 You understand and acknowledge that all processing will have an error of 1-3mm. Please take the processing error into consideration when designing. Otherwise, it cannot be used as a defective product for return, reprint or compensation.
8.8 If the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the incorrect quantity was delivered (allowing for +/- 5% discrepancy in printed matter), you may return or exchange the goods within seven (7) days, subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
8.8.1 the Goods are unused and in the condition in which they were originally sold, together with all parts and accessories accompanying the Goods, including labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes;
8.8.2 the packaging of the Goods must be restored to the condition in which they were when they were delivered to you; and
8.8.3 Return or exchange requests are sent to our customer service representatives via online chat/system or email and the goods are delivered to us within the specified period.
8.9 The images on this website are for reference only and product colours may vary slightly. All is subject to the actual product.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
9.1 We will not be liable for or make any compensation for any losses (including but not limited to computer viruses, system failures and data loss) caused by any person's use or exploitation of this website.
9.2 This website may be linked to websites of other organizations or companies, which are not controlled by the Company. The Company does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the content of these pages. You browse these pages at your own risk.
9.3 You agree that we cannot guarantee that the transmission of information via the internet is completely secure. Although we strive to protect your information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us and any information you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.
9.4 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not due to our negligence) for:
9.4.1 any technical, factual, textual or typographical inaccuracies, errors or omissions in or relating to our website (including any application or software used) or any materials on it;
9.4.2 any failure to provide our website (or any part thereof), goods or services;
9.4.3 any delay in the provision of goods or services, or any failure to provide or supply goods or services, or any negligence in the provision of goods or services;
9.4.4 any Goods are not of merchantable quality or fit for their intended purpose; or
9.4.5 any misrepresentation about our website, goods or services.
9.5 Except as required by law:
9.5.1 We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense, including loss of profits, business or goodwill arising from any problem you notify us of, and
9.5.2 Unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any compensation.
9.6 You agree that such limitations are reasonable given the nature of our website, in particular because when you purchase goods through our website you are entering into a separate contract with the supplier each time.
9.7 The above exclusions do not affect any statutory rights which cannot be excluded. However, in such circumstances our liability (subject to law) will be limited to the supply of further services or goods to you.
9.8 The above exclusions or limitations shall be construed as separate and severable provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Warranties
10.1 You represent, warrant and undertake that you will not:
10.1.1 use this website for any fraudulent or illegal purpose;
10.1.2 use the Website to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or violate any other person (including without limitation any other person's privacy or publicity rights);
10.1.3 interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or the servers or networks used to access our website; or violate any rules, procedures, policies or regulations regarding any network;

11.3 If you breach any of the terms in these Terms, we have the right to no longer provide any Content to you.
11.4 We claim no ownership rights in any User Generated Content (including any text, files, images, photographs, sounds, videos or other materials) that you submit to our Website.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all directors, employees and contractors of the Company from any losses, expenses (including legal fees) or other damages suffered by them arising from any breach of these terms, representations and agreements.
13. External links
This website contains links (including hyperlinks) to non-websites that will take you away from this website. Links are provided for convenience only and any external links do not imply support or approval of the externally linked websites, their operating entities and contents. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the content of externally linked websites.
14. Notice
We will notify you of the relevant information through the website pages or emails. You guarantee and agree that you have been informed and accepted this matter by default when you registered on this website.
15. Storage and Limitation of Information
15.1 This website has the right to decide whether the content you upload complies with the requirements of this website's terms of service. If you violate the terms of service of this website, this website has the right to suspend the use of your account.
15.2 This website will store the print files uploaded by users for 30 days. After 30 days, print files will be deleted. This website will not store your printed files permanently.
15.3 If a user does not log in, view or use the user account for 720 consecutive days and the account balance is 0, this website will regard the user as giving up the right to use the account, and this website reserves the right to suspend the provision of services.
16. Termination
16.1 If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions, your use of our services will be terminated immediately and you will be banned from accessing our website or registering.
16.2 The rights of either party that have accrued prior to the date of termination will survive termination.
16.3 After termination of service, you will no longer have any rights on this website and this website will no longer be responsible to you.

2. Coupon Terms and Conditions <br>Coupon
The promotional codes or coupons we provide are only valid for use on this website and different offers will be subject to different offer terms.
Promotional codes or vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash and will expire if not used within the limited time period.
