I. General Terms & Conditions

 

Service

1.1 By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1.2 Please review the website’s Terms of Service, Order Confirmation Terms, and other relevant policies regularly. Before using the services provided on this website, you must accept and confirm this disclaimer; otherwise, please stop registering as a member and cease using the services of this website.

 


 

 

II. Delivery Arrangements

 

Order Fulfillment Process

Processing time: Our goal is to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after receiving the order.

Packing completion notice: Once packing is completed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Track your order: You may use the tracking number to check your order status on the SAGE TEA website or the SF Express website.

 

Order Cut-off Time (11:00am)

To ensure smooth dispatch operations, the daily order processing cut-off time is 11:00am (Hong Kong Time).

  • Orders successfully paid before 11:00am: processed under the standard timeline (1–3 business days).

  • Orders paid after 11:00am: treated as next business day orders, and processing/dispatch will be adjusted accordingly.


Next-Day Delivery (Rush Order)

 

If you require next-day delivery, you may choose our rush order service with an additional rush processing fee of HK$100 (delivery fee not included).

  • Rush orders must be successfully placed and paid before 11:00am.

  • Upon confirmation, the order will be prioritized and dispatched/delivered on the next business day.

 

📌 Notes

  • Not applicable to customized products, out-of-stock items, or bulk orders.

  • The rush processing fee is non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Actual delivery time may still be affected by logistics arrangements, traffic, and weather; specific delivery time slots are not guaranteed.


 

Requested Delivery Date

 

Once an order is packed, the system will automatically generate a tracking number, the delivery status will be updated to “In Delivery,” and a notification email will be sent to the customer.

If a customer provides a requested delivery date, we will generally arrange dispatch one business day before the requested date to align with the third-party courier’s delivery process.

“In Delivery” is a normal system status display and does not mean the parcel has been dispatched immediately. The actual dispatch timing will be based on completion of dispatch one business day before the requested date. As delivery is handled by a third party, we cannot control the exact delivery/hand-off time.

 

Address Confirmation & Changes (Important)

📌 Important Reminder:

Before confirming your order and completing payment, please carefully check and confirm that the shipping address and contact information you entered are correct.


If you request a change of shipping address after order confirmation, as the third-party logistics system will have already generated the waybill, any additional charges arising from the change—such as address amendment fees, re-delivery charges, or other related fees—shall be borne by the customer.

The Company will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from address changes.

You may use the tracking number to track your order on the SAGE TEA website or the SF Express website.

For enquiries or changes to delivery arrangements, please contact the relevant logistics company’s customer service.

 

 

Delivery Methods

1. Basic Delivery

 

Official Delivery

Applicable to orders below HK$300. Delivery charges:

 

  • Kowloon & New Territories: HK$75

  • Hong Kong Island: HK$105


SF Express (Freight Collect)

If you choose SF Express (freight collect), the shipping fee on the order will display as $0, and the actual shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Customers must pay SF Express upon delivery. Fees are calculated based on parcel weight and destination address.


Terms Update – SF Express Notification Method

Effective 14 April 2025, SF Express Hong Kong will provide shipment notifications via the SFHK App push notifications only, and will no longer send SMS messages.

Customer reminder: We will email the tracking number via bysage.co, but actual parcel tracking must be done via the SFHK App or by contacting SF Express customer service.

Important: Please download the SFHK App in advance and enable push notifications to avoid missing important shipment updates. We are not responsible for any delays caused as a result.

 


 

 

2. Standard Delivery

 


Orders of HK$300 or above enjoy free shipping (Monday to Saturday only).

Delivery will be arranged based on the actual order volume and handled by a logistics provider. No specified delivery time is available:

 

  • Delivery time: 11:00am – 7:00pm

  • If delivered via SF Express, delivery time is also 11:00am – 7:00pm

 


Actual delivery time may be affected by unpredictable factors such as road conditions, traffic, and weather. We will do our best to coordinate with the courier, but customers may not refuse delivery, request re-delivery, or request a refund due to courier delays.


Please ensure the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate. If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact information

  • Customer not available at the delivery address

  • Customer cannot be reached or refuses delivery

 

the customer shall bear the re-delivery fee or other related charges.

 

Terms Applicable to All Delivery Methods

  • We only provide delivery service within Hong Kong.

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

  • For special addresses such as hotels and BBQ venues, handover must be at the lobby.

  • Inclement weather arrangements: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues weather warnings, delivery services may be affected or suspended.

  • Force majeure: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, fire, etc.).


 

II. Products

 

  • Non-customized items: delivery in 1–3 days; your selected delivery date is for reference only.

  • Customized items: no refunds once confirmed. We provide one free mockup and one revision; additional revisions will be charged HK$100 per revision. CMYK printing may have color differences, which is normal. If you provide your own artwork, please provide high-resolution files (e.g., AI or PDF) and ensure fonts are outlined.

 


 

III. Transportation / Dispatch Notes

 

  • Official delivery: Free shipping for orders HK$300 or above within Hong Kong.

  • Monday to Saturday 11:00am–6:00pm (office hours) delivery (no specified time). Driver will call before delivery. It is recommended to note whether reception/management office can receive on your behalf. If the customer cannot be contacted, delivery will be postponed to the next day; we are not responsible for any related delays.

  • If you require a specified delivery time, please purchase the premium/vehicle delivery service. If you prefer not to incur additional delivery charges, please arrange to receive at least one day earlier.

  • SF Express: Please note SF Express does not support specified delivery dates. We will dispatch two days before your selected delivery date. Tracking number will be updated on the website and notified by email. Please select at least two business days in advance.

  • Self-pickup: Yuen Long Ping Shan Tong Yan San Tsuen Industrial Area, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm–6:00pm. [Appointment required 1 week in advance]

  • Official delivery and vehicle delivery may not provide tracking numbers; drivers will contact you before delivery.

 

 


 

 

IV. Other Notes

 

 

  • Delivery services are only available within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands and some remote areas; please refer to the “Definition of Remote Areas”).

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

  • For hospitals, hotels, BBQ venues, or buildings without elevators, handover must be at the lobby or at a nearby agreed location.

  • If the customer cannot receive the parcel and agrees/requests the courier to leave the goods outside the door or in the lobby, please retrieve promptly. We are not responsible for any temperature-related issues or loss.

  • All delivery time slots are for reference only. Actual delivery time may be affected by traffic, weather, and other unpredictable factors. Customers may not refuse delivery, request re-delivery, or request refunds due to courier delays.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, customer absence, or other customer-related reasons, all costs (including original delivery fee and re-delivery fee) shall be borne by the customer.

 


Inclement Weather Arrangements

When the Hong Kong Observatory issues weather warnings or the government announces “extreme conditions,” delivery services may be affected or suspended.


Force Majeure

We are not liable for force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, fire, accidents, riots, war, government policies, etc.).


Reminder

Please ensure your delivery address is correct to allow SAGE TEA to complete delivery smoothly. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer service team promptly.


 

Address Accuracy

 


Please ensure the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate. If delivery fails due to:

 

  • Incorrect address or contact information

  • Customer not at the delivery address

  • Customer cannot be contacted or refuses delivery

 


the customer shall bear the re-delivery fee or other related charges.


 

Liability for Delays

 


If delivery is delayed due to the above reasons or other customer-related factors, the Company shall not be held responsible.
