Standard delivery hours: 11:00–19:00.
Delivery is arranged by our in-house fleet or SF Express according to the selected delivery date; the courier cannot be selected.
Delivery dates: Monday–Saturday. Orders may arrive on the selected date or 1–2 working days earlier. The driver will call 15–30 minutes before delivery. Standard delivery does not include a specific time slot; please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the selected date.
For a specific delivery date, please order 2–3 days in advance.

Standard Hong Kong shipping: free for orders of HK$300 or more; HK$68 for orders below HK$300, across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. For Macau, contact our dedicated customer service team for a separate quotation and confirmation.

In-stock items can be dispatched as soon as 1 working day; this is not a promise of delivery within 1 day. The order cut-off is 10:30am Hong Kong time. Orders placed at 10:30am or later are treated as next-working-day orders. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Pre-orders and customised items follow the dispatch dates, artwork approvals and production lead times stated on the product page.

Taiwan High Mountain Oolong Tea — 10-Bag Tin

Sourced from tea gardens above 700 metres in Mingjian, Nantou, this Qing Xin oolong offers a clear amber liquor and a rounded, refreshing taste. Known in the collection as Oil-Cut Oolong, it is a flavourful companion to rich meals.

How to brew

  • Hot brew: steep one tea bag in 150 ml of water at approximately 90°C for 5 minutes.
  • Cold brew: add one tea bag to 300 ml of room-temperature water, gently shake, then refrigerate for 6–8 hours.

Brewing notes

  • Adjust the steeping time to taste. Do not leave the tea bag steeping for more than one day. Keep brewed tea refrigerated and enjoy within two days.
