• Delivered by our in-house logistics team or SF Express
• Delivery method will be arranged based on your selected delivery date (courier cannot be specified)
• Free delivery within Hong Kong for orders of HK$300 or more
• Delivery date selectable: Monday to Saturday, 11:00–19:00
• Orders may arrive on the selected date or 1–2 working days earlier
• Driver will call 15–30 minutes before arrival

Time-slot selection is not available for this option. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the selected date.

Standard Hong Kong shipping: free for orders of HK$300 or more; HK$68 for orders below HK$300, across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. For Macau, contact our dedicated customer service team for a separate quotation and confirmation.

In-stock items can be dispatched as soon as 1 working day; this is not a promise of delivery within 1 day. The order cut-off is 10:30am Hong Kong time. Orders placed at 10:30am or later are treated as next-working-day orders. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Pre-orders and customised items follow the dispatch dates, artwork approvals and production lead times stated on the product page.

If there is a problem with your item, including a defect, damage, incorrect delivery or missing item, please contact our dedicated customer service team within 1 day after receipt via WhatsApp at +852 9166 8854 or email at hello@bysage.co. Please provide your order number, relevant photos, video taken when you received the order, and a description of the issue. We will review the information and arrange an appropriate return, exchange or refund according to the circumstances and applicable law. If you cannot provide complete photos or video, please explain the circumstances to our team. This notification arrangement and information requests do not affect your rights under applicable law.
