- Japanese Jasmine Green Tea: Japanese green tea scented with fresh jasmine flowers: light and fresh, with a sweet finish.
- Shizuoka Shine Muscat Sencha: First-flush tea from Kakegawa, Shizuoka, deep-steamed as sencha and paired with Shine Muscat grapes from Okayama: low in bitterness, smooth and rounded, sweet and refreshing.
- Taiwanese White Peach Oolong: Nantou Qingxin oolong with white peach: sweet and refreshing.
- Taiwanese Osmanthus Oolong: Nantou Qingxin oolong scented with osmanthus: a clear liquor, a sweet floral note, a soft, delicate taste and a long finish.
- Taiwanese Ginseng Oolong: Alishan high-mountain oolong with American ginseng: a golden, bright liquor, full-bodied with a sweet finish and a light ginseng note.
☕ How to Brew
Hot: add 150 ml of hot water to one tea bag, about 85℃ for the oolongs and about 70–80℃ for the green tea and sencha, and steep for 2–3 minutes.
Cold: put the tea bag in a bottle with 150 ml of room-temperature water and chill for 6–8 hours.
