Online Shopping Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Using this website means you agree to and accept the terms and conditions set out here. bysage.co reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms and conditions.

Local Delivery Orders

Hong Kong standard delivery: free shipping on orders of HK$300 or more; HK$68 for orders below HK$300, applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. For Macau orders, please contact our dedicated customer service team for a separate quotation and confirmation of arrangements.

In-stock items can be dispatched as fast as 1 working day. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery time. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days. The order cut-off is 10:30am (Hong Kong Time); orders successfully paid at or after 10:30am are treated as next-working-day orders. General delivery hours are 11:00–19:00, with actual delivery timing subject to logistics arrangements. Pre-order and customized products remain subject to the dispatch/production arrangements stated on their product pages.

https://www.bysage.co/ is an online-only retail store (referred to below as “we”, “our company”, “https://www.bysage.co/” or “bysage.co”). Orders are generally sent by courier. Self-pickup is available by prior appointment at 元朗區屏山屏福里 Lot.1997 華安膠輪大廈2樓A室, Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:00 (Hong Kong Time), excluding public holidays. Apart from the arranged self-pickup service, no other in-person handover, shop collection or MTR station handover service is provided. Customers shopping at https://www.bysage.co/ (referred to as “you” or “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions by using our website.

Please read the following terms, which apply to online purchases at https://www.bysage.co/:

- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except for the after-sales arrangements set out in our Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy or where otherwise required by applicable law.

- Hong Kong orders are normally delivered by SF Express, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. For remote areas, special addresses or special requirements, please contact our dedicated customer service team to confirm arrangements.

- Please enter a valid delivery address and phone number when ordering and ensure the information is correct. For special addresses, please contact our dedicated customer service team to confirm arrangements.

- In-stock items can be dispatched as fast as 1 working day. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery time; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days. Delivery may take longer around public holidays. Pre-order and

customized products remain subject to the dispatch/production arrangements stated on their product pages.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other reasons.

- Delivery will be postponed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, or when we consider delivery unsafe. The third-party logistics company may contact you to change the delivery date.

- You become the owner of the products once they have been delivered to you. You then bear the risks of possession, and we are not responsible for their loss or damage.

- If there is a problem with your item, including a defect, damage or incorrect delivery, please notify us within 1 day after receiving it via WhatsApp at +852 9166 8854 or email at hello@bysage.co, with photos and a description of the issue so that we can follow up. This notification arrangement does not affect your rights under applicable law.

Macau Delivery Orders (Separate Quotation and Confirmation Required)

- After placing an order on the website, you will receive an email from bysage.co. This signifies that you agree to make a purchase request to bysage.co under these terms and conditions, and that we have received your order request.

- We are not responsible for liabilities arising from damage or delays during third-party handling, including losses arising from extra time required for additional amendments requested by a customer.

- By using the Macau delivery service separately quoted and confirmed by our dedicated customer service team at https://www.bysage.co/, you accept all terms and conditions on this page. These terms are governed by and interpreted under Hong Kong law.

- In the event of a dispute over these terms and conditions, bysage.co’s decision is final and binding.

- bysage.co reserves all rights to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Amendments take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of our website and services signifies acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
